1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ni77 platform and its users. By using the ni77.cam website and its associated services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 — Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: Processing is completed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved.

4.3 — Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different method has been approved for a specific reason. Withdrawal is not possible until the wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds have been met.

ni77 may request additional verification for any suspicious transaction and may temporarily hold the transaction if necessary. This measure is taken under anti-money laundering policy.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 — Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed.

• A specific time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement.
• Certain games may not contribute toward the wagering requirement — this information will be stated in each bonus description.
• It is possible to win withdrawable money using bonus balance — you just need to meet the requirements.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

If any attempt to abuse bonuses is detected — such as using multiple accounts or trying to circumvent bonus terms through any particular strategy — ni77 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained through it.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

ni77 is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment for all members.

6.1 — Game Results

The results of all games available on the platform are determined by the software of the respective game provider (such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi). ni77 does not interfere with these results.

6.2 — Technical Issues

If any wager is left incomplete due to a technical error, the wager amount will be returned to the user's balance. Some games may be temporarily unavailable in certain circumstances — we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ni77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• An order from a court or law enforcement agency.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.
